ABOUT - James Mathews

James is licensed to conduct external workplace investigations and provide human resources consultation services in Nevada and is based in Las Vegas. Over a 30-year human resources management career, Jim has conducted 1,500+ investigations involving discriminatory behavior, sexual harassment, harassment, retaliation, bullying, misconduct, and policy violation claims.​

James is a longstanding member and holds a Senior Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for H.R. Management as well as a Global Professional Human Resources Certification (GPHR) from the H.R. Certification Institute. James is an Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) member and Training Institute Certificate Holder (AWI-CH).​ James is licensed through the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board.
