Over the course of a 30+ year human resources management career, James has conducted 1,500+ investigations involving discriminatory behavior, sexual harassment, harassment, retaliation, bullying, misconduct, and policy violation claims.
James is an active member of and holds a Senior Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), as well as a Global Professional, Human Resources Certification (GPHR) from the H.R. Certification Institute (HRCI). James is an active Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) member and Training Institute Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). James is licensed through the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board.
